Frequently asked questions.
How long does version maintenance usually last?
A major Honkai: Star Rail update usually schedules about 5 hours of maintenance. Servers may return earlier or maintenance may be extended. Your download time is separate and depends on your connection and device.
How many Stellar Jades or warps can I get in a version?
It depends on the version and how much you play. Events, missions, exploration, daily training, endgame rewards, codes, and gifts all affect the total. Some versions also give Star Rail Passes directly, so there is no fixed free-warp total.
How many Stellar Jades arrive after maintenance?
Version notices commonly list 300 Stellar Jades for maintenance and another 300 for issue compensation. Check the current official notice for eligibility, claim deadlines, and the exact rewards before relying on that amount.
Does an Event Warp phase change need maintenance?
The normal maintenance window is for a version update, not every Event Warp change. This timer uses the page schedule: version updates share a global release time, while Event Warp phases use the selected server's time.
